1 16 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
2 Packets Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
1 Cup Light Buttermilk
1/2 T Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk

July Vegetable of The Month - Garlic
Garlic is the vegetable of the month provided by the CDC for July. Garlic is closely related to onions. It came from Asia originally, but has been a staple in many countries cooking. Throughout history, it has been used for cooking and in medicine.

July Fruit of The Month - Nectarine
This months fruit of the month, according to the CDC, is the nectarine. Did you know that a nectarine is just a fuzz-less peach? And on average, they are smaller than peaches and sweeter too!
They most likely came from China many years ago. Today, almost 95% of the nectarines that we eat in the US are grown in California.
So - go grab a nectarine (or a peach) and get eating!

Library Storytimes
at Flagler County Public Library
Story Time is a program at the library that includes picture book sharing, nursery rhymes, songs, finger plays, storytelling and.or other related activities such as puppetry and crafts. Children get introduced to literature and are encouraged to develop a life-long interest in reading.
There are different levels of development in children so there are Story Time options.
Babytime - Ages infant to 1 - are on Wednesday mornings at 9:30am.
Toddler Storytime - Ages 1-2 - are on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am.
Toddler Storytime - Ages 2-3 - are on Friday mornings ...
