Groundhog Day 2011

Will Phil see his shadow this year?

Every February 2nd for the past 125 years, Punxsutawney Phil has come out of his burrow on Gobbler's Knob in Pennsylvania  to predict the weather for the rest of winter.

According to legend, if Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow, there will be six more weeks of winter weather. If he does not see his shadow, there will be an early spring.  Let's hope Phil doesn't see his shadow this year!
